  Ashley has been with the agency since 2008. She joined the team when she realized she would be able to help people in the community and represent such a powerful brand. Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and she absolutely loves to travel.

  Brandy Oroszi

  Licensed Sales Professional

  Brandy has been in the insurance industry since 1997 and likes helping people understand their coverage options. She loves to frequent the beaches and state parks while enjoying the weather. Brandy likes being involved in the community by volunteering for a nonprofit organization, called Orlando Outreachers.

  Brenda has been a Licensed Sales Professional since 1991. She has a deep understanding of the insurance products and services that Allstate offers. She firmly believes in putting the customer first, and she is amazing at informing people about coverage options that will work to fit their needs. Brenda enjoys fishing, yoga and loves to laugh. She is also a part of the Florida Trail Riders Dirt Bike Club.

  Jill has been with the agency since 2011. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Jill started out as a customer and then joined our team. Her favorite thing about the job is helping the Orlando neighbors to understand coverage options for big events that happen in their lives.

  Robin Permar

  Robin came to us with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry! She especially enjoys working with customers that she’s known for many years, as they have now become more like friends. Her favorite thing about the Sanford area is the sense of community in the neighborhood. During her time off, she is either with her husband and two children, volunteering with her local church or supporting women’s crisis shelters.

  Natalie has been a part of the team since 2015 and has done a fabulous job helping customers with their insurance needs and informing them on optional coverages. She speaks Spanish, Portuguese and English and has been such an asset to our team. Natalie enjoys attending Orlando City SC soccer games and spending time with her husband, Luciano, son, Stephano, and daughter, Hadassah. She also loves for her family to travel to new places and explore new cultures.

  Sherry joined the agency as a Licensed Sales Professional in 2005. The main reason she wanted to represent Allstate is because she loves working with people, informing them about insurance options and presenting products she believes in. Sherry enjoys visiting the local beaches with her husband, daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons.

  Niquita Gioia

  Director of Operations

  Niquita has been with the agency since 2004 starting out as a Licensed Sales Specialist. Growing up in Seminole County, she's a big fan of the outdoors and enjoys the many local trails and State parks and supporting small businesses in the community. In her free time she enjoys traveling and vising her Family. Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center is one of her favorite communal places because of the history and talent it brings to Orlando. Niquita is a twin and they're the oldest of 5 siblings. Niquita enjoys her Director of Operations role at the Agency and representing a company that encourages family first and supports the betterment of communities.

  Destiny grew up and has lived in Seminole County her whole life. She joined the Agency in 2020 and has enjoyed being able to help customers review their policies and coverages. Customers are always so grateful for the time she spends answering any questions or concerns they may have. She's the oldest of her 4 siblings and loves spending time with her Mom Brittany and Dad Gerald. Destiny also attends Seminole State College where she's studying Business. In her free time, she enjoys working out and exploring Florida's beautiful beaches.

  Jessica grew up in Seminole County and worked part time at the Agency during the Summers. She joined the Agency full time in 2019 and enjoys being able to help customers protect what matters most with the proper coverages. Jessica is a big sister to her younger brother Joey and loves rooting him on alongside her Dad Joe and Mom Mindy during his Football games or Wrestling matches. She studies business at Seminole State College and in her free time she loves catching up on her favorite shows, shopping and going to the beach.

  Luz Velez Marin

  Luz moved down to Florida from Connecticut in 2022. She enjoys going to Soccer/Football/Basketball games to watch her grandchildren play. In her free time, she enjoys working out and going outdoors for a walk. Luz worked for many years in the Insurance industry prior to moving here so it made perfect sense for her to join the Agency. Luz loves knowing she is helping people protect what matters most while also informing them about their insurance coverages. She also loves looking after her grandpup Lio, her grandchildren's doggy.

  Cisem has lived in Orlando since 2002 and in her spare time she loves going to New Smyrna Beach, specifically Flager Avenue. She also enjoys binge watching Turkish tv shows. Cisem joined the Agency in 2023 because she loves helping people by providing them with the protection they need, while also appreciating the continuous learning aspect of the industry. She feels it is fulfilling to stay updated with new policies while applying that knowledge to better help customers. She attends Valencia College and is currently in the Radiology program. She has a Siamese cat named Hamilton, after the Formula 1 racer.

  Rafaela has been living and working in Orlando since 2015. In her free time, she really enjoys reading, playing with her cat Nara, going to the park with her dog Lili and going to the movies! Helping protect customers is what she most loves about her role at Jamie Gioia Agency. Rafaela joined the team in 2024 and prior to that she attended the University of Central Florida for Graphic Design.
